About Our Process

Our specialty is creating custom t-shirts using the sublimation printing process. During the sublimation process, artwork is printed onto specialty paper then transferred onto another material. Heat and pressure are then applied until the ink turns into gas and fuses with the material, permanently imprinting the image onto the fabric.

Unlike HTV, the process of sublimation imbeds the ink into the fabric. There are no edges or additional layers of vinyl to be felt on the surface of the garment. The design will not fade or crack over time with multiple washes.

Sublimation only works on 100% polyester or fabric blends containing a high percentage of polyester. Since sublimation printing is a dye process, best results are achieved when fabrics are white or light-colored. We use Jerzees Unisex 100% polyester shirts and offer three color choices (White, Heather Grey and Silver) the ensure the best quality prints. Each product is made to order.

Breezibelle Designs offers two options to receive your order.
1. Customers have the option to pick up orders at our Norristown, PA location.
2. We offer free local delivery within 10 miles of 19403.
